Stairs take you down to the shore, where hours can be spent exploring the tidal shoreline. Southern exposure maximizes every minute of sunshine, and the sunsets are incredible! Nicely-kept grounds, and large deck for al fresco dining and sheer relaxation.
 
First floor: combination living/dining room with sliders to large deck, fully-equipped kitchen, queen bedroom with sliders to deck, and bath.
 
Second floor: master bedroom with sliders to private balcony, guest bedroom, and bath.
