With 4 bedrooms (King, Queen, Double, 2 twins), 2 baths, living area and kitchen upstairs. Two bedrooms (Queen, Single w/trundle), 1 bath, living area and kitchen downstairs. The house works well for one or two families. Upstairs unit and downstairs unit may be booked separately or together. And a sister house, Seamist, is next door for even larger groups to lodge side-by-side.

The pier, historic Shorepath trail, and boating opportunities are a block and a half away. A few blocks you can walk to an island at low tide. Everyone can easily be together or meet back after a day of diverse activities. After you arrive you may find that you don't even need a car.
