In a great location in the village of Southwest Harbor, walk to all the village amenities, shiops and restaurants. And a very short drive to several entrances to Acadia National Park, including the swimming beach at Echo Lake.
 
First Floor: A covered front porch with furnishings leads to a modern, open floor plan within. The home's living room features wood flooring and comfortable furnishings, including a queen sized sleeper sofa. This opens to the attractive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and adjacent dining area. On this level also find a full bath (with shower only) and stacked washer and dryer. One can access a large 16 X 12 deck with gas grill overlooking the back yard. Enjoy an outside fire after dinner for a relaxing end to the day. Check out the granite bench located at the fire pit area.
 
Second Floor: Upstairs find three bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower. Each bedroom is painted in a subtle color and features the home's original wood flooring, now gleaming. The master offers a queen bed and ceiling fan and flat screen television. The second bedroom has a bunk which features a full sized bed on bottom and a twin sized bed on top. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed.
 
All kitchenware, bedding and towels included. Upstairs includes air conditioning in the summer.
 
Weekly, Sunday-Sunday bookings. No pets. No smoking.
