It is the first season this beautiful home is available for rental.

The property features beautiful landscaped grounds, and has private access to the ocean through trails and stairs from the estate to a private beach.  
 
FIRST FLOOR: Spectacular 10 ft. ceilings on the entire first floor.   Formal Living Room with beautifully appointed furnishings and seating areas - impressive contemporary art collection and important collection of Chinese antiques and art, including a 7 ft. clay statue of an Emperor of Xian.  The perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining! Large Library/Billiard Room for playing billiards and games with numerous seating areas. A spacious, formal Dining Room with seating for 12, a grand piano and art collection.  Fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with nearby Butler's Pantry and entrance to the Solarium.  The kitchen has a massive stone fireplace and sitting area, as well as dining for five.  The decor includes a collection of Art Deco furniture.
 
SECOND FLOOR: Master Bedroom with a King bed and a sitting area; with a separate private bath with a Jacuzzi tub with shower, a walk-in shower and double sinks. The second Bedroom has a King bed, desk and sitting area, and bathroom with tub/shower combo.  The third and fourth Bedrooms have Queen beds, sitting areas, a desk in the fourth bedroom, and each has a private bath with tub/shower combo.
 
OUTDOOR SPACE:  Large stone terrace ocean-side for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view and landscaped grounds.
 
AMENITIES: Second floor Laundry room with a new, high quality, commercial size washer and dryer pair, laundry sink, drying rack and clothes steamer.
 
Four flat-screen TV's located in the Library/Billiard Room, the Kitchen, the Solarium, and the master bedroom.  Cable service includes a huge array of networks and music can be streamed in all locations.
 
The home was designed to be handicapped accessible and includes an elevator.

Convenient walking distance to Hulls Cove, quaint shops and restaurants and within 1/4 mile of the Hulls Cove Park Entrance with a sidewalk along Rt 3 for walking.

Linens & towels included. Housekeeping will be provided three mornings during the week, Mon, Wed, Fri.  Extra charge for additional cleanings. No pets, no smoking.
 
Note:  A separate apartment is available to help accomodate larger groups and may also be occupied by owner or other tenants during your stay.
