Acadia Garden Cottage was built in 1930. It is a quaint New England home nestled on an acre of wooded land.  It is only a short two minute drive to the Hulls Cove entrance to beautiful Acadia National Park, and a five minute drive to the historic fishing village of Bar Harbor. It has original hardwood floors, gas fireplace and mantel, wavy glass windows, staircase, and much more which adds to the charm of this cottage. It is two story with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, sleeps 6, full size front loading washer and dryer, dinning room, living room, and a backyard deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Beyond the deck is a lovely garden. Mature trees keep the house, deck and gardens shaded. The kitchen is newly renovated to include stainless steel gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and quartz counter tops.
Garage The garage is available for stowing your gear such as kayaks, canoes, bikes, etc. It has two doors that lock.
Deck and Garden In the back yard there is a deck off of the kitchen. The deck has a gas grill that is hooked up to gas for the house, and a patio table with plenty of seating. Just beyond the deck is a lovely peaceful garden. All of this is shaded by the mature trees around the yard.
