From the moment you walk in the door of this new condo in Bar Harbor, you will appreciate the clean, modern lines, the light from the many large windows and the natural flow of the rooms. This three bedroom, two and a half bath unit has all you need for a carefree vacation within half a mile of Bar Harbor. The town pier, in the center of town, is less than a mile away and you will enjoy the stroll down West Street past the stately homes of old Bar Harbor.  Even closer is the road to the sandy bar that extends from Bar Harbor to Bar Island, passable only at low tide. One of the many entrances to Acadia National Park is less than a quarter of a mile in the opposite direction.  Grab your bikes and you are off to explore the Park Loop Road, carriage trails and hiking trails of Acadia National Park.
 
The living room is decorated with comfortable furniture, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a coat closet just inside the front door.  Next is a half bath with washer/dryer.  The kitchen with dining table is at the back of the unit.  There's a sliding door to the deck with outside furniture and steps to the ground on the side.  
 
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, and one wall with all windows for lots of light.  The attached bath has a tub/shower. Next is a full bath with tub/shower for the other two bedrooms on this level. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans.
 
Prepare memorable meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the sunny deck. Enjoy the quiet location, yet be near to all island activities.
