Enjoy 500 feet of bold granite and stone beach shoreline with a southeasterly exposure on Blue Hill Bay.   This comfortable, rustic home was built to resemble a New England Barn and boasts a spacious living/dining room with cathedral ceiling, granite fireplace, and sliding glass door that open onto a 400 sq.ft. deck where there is comfortable seating to enjoy the panoramic view of Blue Hill Bay any time of day.   The spectacular sunsets will probably will take your breath away.  Lounging on the oceanfront deck on a breezy afternoon, you'll feel like you are on a very stable, very comfortable boat!   A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom with queen size bed and newly renovated bath/shower complete the first floor
 
The loft area on the second floor contains a bedroom with a queen size bed, bedroom/sitting area combination with a twin bed and a bath with shower.

And you're not far from all the other points of interest on our island, including Southwest Harbor, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
Note:   This waterfront cottage is protected from power outages by an installed electric system generator
 
Saturday to Saturday bookings.  No pets.  No smoking.  Linens and Towels provided.
