Acadia Garden Cottage provides a great home base for exploring Acadia National Park. This delightful home is only 3.5 miles north of Bar Harbor and 1 mile from Acadia's main park entrance for easy access to the scenic Park Loop Road.
 
The first floor of this classic home has a newly renovated kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a bathroom with shower just off the kitchen. The separate dining room has a table and 6 chairs. The living room is large with ample seating and a gas fireplace with a large screen TV over the mantle. A brand new deck is accessed from a sliding door in the kitchen. The deck has a gas grill, large table and plenty of seating. Mature trees keep the house, deck and lovely gardens shaded. A heat pump has recently been installed and will keep things cool on those occasional days of heat and humidity.
 
The upstairs has a bathroom with tub/shower. Next is a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a double and a roll away bed in the closet. All of the bedrooms have beautiful bedding for a cozy feel.
 
Garage access for storage of bikes, kayaks, etc.
