- Spacious cottage with five large bedrooms: 3 with king beds (all on the upper floor), 1 with 2 double beds, 1 queen bedroom (lower floor), accommodating up to 12 people.
- Large living room overlooking the ocean, kitchen, and dining on the main level.
- Family room on the lower level with a large screen TV (DVD). King bedrooms equipped with Flat Screen TVs. All TVs feature ROKU.
- 4 1/2 bathrooms; air bathtub in the master bathroom (3 bathrooms on the upper floor [2 are ensuite], 1/2 bath on the main level, 1 bathroom on the lower level).
